We are Madison's go-to hair destination since 2016, serving Nashville and the whole surrounding area. We offer a full menu of services for every hair type and every goal, from a quick trim to a full color transformation. Proudly affiliated with Domestic Violence Outreach. Book online or stop by. Owner/Stylist
Amy Hooper
Amy is our owner and head stylist. She is the fierce, fun woman behind over 26 years of happy hair. She's engaged with five beautiful daughters, and she's a Mimi to her first grandson (he's 2 and he runs the show). Add three dogs and Salt water fish and you've got the chaos she calls home, and she wouldn't trade a second of it.
Amy has owned Shear Heaven since 2020. Before that, she worked for herself and managed multiple salons across Middle Tennessee. She graduated cosmetology school with 2,000 hours and continues her education with advanced training at least twice a year, plus an annual hair show where she gets to play with new color, cuts, and styling techniques.
She's an Ambassador for Duomo Luxury Color Brand (which we use in the salon) and is certified in DreamCatchers extensions, Brazilian Blowouts, and Keratin Complex smoothing treatments.
Amy specializes in curly hair and just about every color technique out there: balayage, dimensional color, bold transformations, and corrective color.
When she's not behind the chair, you'll find her playing sports or board games, kayaking, swimming, soaking up the sun, hanging with friends and family, or traveling whenever she gets the chance.

Jerrica Kinnard
Hair Stylist
Jerrica is one of our Level 1 Stylists, and she brings creativity, connection, and a genuine love for people to every appointment.
She wants you to leave the salon not just looking beautiful, but feeling truly seen.
She supports the team behind the chair, makes thoughtful handmade cards for clients, and curates content that reflects her vibrant personal style.
Grateful for a path she didn't see coming, Jerrica is excited to keep growing in the industry and meeting more amazing clients along the way.
Outside the salon she loves plants, the color green, nature walks, thrifting, and Fishing.
She's currently chasing more personal artwork,Also embracing becoming a first time mommy!

Brianna Coonce
Hair Stylist
Bri is one of our amazing Level 1 Stylists. She chose this career because helping people feel beautiful inside and out has always been her passion. As a kid she found joy in french-braiding for family and friends, and she quickly realized hair was her thing.
Over the years, hairstyling has become more than a profession for Bri, it's a creative outlet and a way to connect with people. Nothing makes her happier than seeing someone leave her chair feeling confident and cared for. She's also certified in Keratin Complex & Brazilian Blow Out smoothing treatments.
Outside of the salon, Bri loves shopping, Concerts, watching sunsets, and unwinding with a good book.After a long day at work Bri loves to cuddle up with her 3 cats and 3 dogs what a house full!
Emily Messer
Hair Stylist
Emily is one of our Level 1 Stylists. She chose cosmetology because she's always had a passion for beauty, creativity, and helping people feel their best. Even as a kid, she was experimenting with hair and watching how a simple change could transform someone's confidence.
What she loves most about this industry is connecting with people on a personal level while creating something unique for every client. Every day looks different, and she gets to express her creativity through color, cuts, and styling while making others feel beautiful. Her absolute favorite service is perms! She loves the transformation, the texture, and the moment her client sees the final result.
Outside the salon, Emily loves walks and runs when the weather's nice, playing with her dogs, cooking, and trying new recipes.
