Welcome to our policy page! We take our policies seriously. They are in place to protect both our stylists and customers. We believe that by adhering to these policies, we can create a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone involved. Thank you for taking the time to read through them.
Cancellation & No-Call No-Show Policy
As on our booking site, there is a 48-hour cancellation policy in place here at the Shear Heaven Salon. If an appointment is cancelled before 48 hours there will be no fee. If the cancellation is 48 hours or less there will be a 50% charge. If there is a no-call no-show for the appointment scheduled please understand there will be a 100% fee charged.
Late Policy
If you are running late for your appointment, please make sure to call ahead and let us know. If you are more than 15 minutes late with a call, a 50% charge for services will apply. otherwise without a call, this is considered a "no-call no-show" where, a 100% charge will occur. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
Refunds
We offer a 7-day hair guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with your hair, we’ll gladly schedule a follow-up appointment to address your concerns. However, please note that Shear Heaven Salon does not offer refunds for any services provided.
